Information Security Policy
GLODAL Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “GLODAL”) will protect the information assets entrusted by GLODAL and its customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and will make company-wide efforts for information security based on the following policies in order to live up to the trust of customers and society.
1. Management’s Responsibility
GLODAL will make systematic and continuous efforts to improve and enhance information security under the leadership of management.
2. Establishment of internal systems
GLODAL will set up an organization to maintain and improve information security, and establish information security measures as official company rules.
3. Employee efforts
GLODAL’s employees will acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and will ensure a commitment to information security.
4. Compliance with legal and contractual requirements
GLODAL will comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security and meet the expectations of our customers.
5. Responding to violations and accidents
In the event of a violation of laws, regulations, contracts, or accidents related to information security, GLODAL will take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
