GLODAL Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “GLODAL”) will protect the information assets entrusted by GLODAL and its customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and will make company-wide efforts for information security based on the following policies in order to live up to the trust of customers and society.<\/p>

1. Management’s Responsibility<\/p>

GLODAL will make systematic and continuous efforts to improve and enhance information security under the leadership of management.<\/p>

2. Establishment of internal systems<\/p>

GLODAL will set up an organization to maintain and improve information security, and establish information security measures as official company rules.<\/p>

3. Employee efforts<\/p>

GLODAL’s employees will acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security and will ensure a commitment to information security.<\/p>

4. Compliance with legal and contractual requirements<\/p>

GLODAL will comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security and meet the expectations of our customers.<\/p>

5. Responding to violations and accidents<\/p>

In the event of a violation of laws, regulations, contracts, or accidents related to information security, GLODAL will take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.<\/p>
